Reception and Admin Team
Reception support the majority of contact that patients have with the Practice including booking patients with the most appropriate clinician or offering information on services available, managing most repeat prescription requests, registrations, queries, test results and improving uptake of online services that are available.

Patient Care Coordinators
The PCC team are in post to support administratively the GPs and clinicians within the practice. They liaise with the hospital and other healthcare providers, sending referrals and managing contact. They provide patients with support who are undergoing care with the hospital.
To provide Support to patients who may find accessing services more difficult, to improve proactive health care and immunisations and screening.
